SHIPPING POLICY

  • Charges are based on the total value of merchandise (excluding tax) shipped to a single location.

  • We don’t charge any handling, packing or order processing fee.

  • Within the contiguous U.S. States, please refer to the rates below.

  • For all other U.S. States and Territories, Canada or other destination, please consult us at: contact@ProvenceInspiration.com. In particular, shipping for international destinations may be temporarily affected due to continued flight limitations resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

STANDARD SHIPPING rates within the contiguous U.S. States:

​

  • For a total merchandise value of 0 to $15, the shipping rate is $3.95.

  • For a total merchandise value of $15.01 to $50, the shipping rate is $5.95.

  • For a total merchandise value of $50.01 to $150, the shipping rate is $10.95. 

  • For a total merchandise value of $150.01 and up, the shipping rate is $15.95.

EXPRESS SHIPPING rates within the contiguous U.S. States:

​

  • For a total merchandise value of 0 to $15, the shipping rate is $28.95.

  • For a total merchandise value of $15.01 to $50, the shipping rate is $30.95.      

  • For a total merchandise value of $50.01 to $150, the shipping rate is $35.95. 

  • For a total merchandise value of $150.01 and up, the shipping rate is $40.95.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

At Provence Inspiration, we highly value our customers’ satisfaction. We also trust our manufacturers to provide us with the best quality of products.

Nevertheless, if you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

  • The returns must happen within 30 days of customer receipt.

  • You need to contact our Customer Service at contact@ProvenceInspiration.com before returning the product.

  • A receipt must be provided. We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase. 

  • The items are returned by mail.

  • The items are returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

If you discover that an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit, you need to contact us within 5 days of the reception of your product and send us pictures of the damaged or defective item. We will accept the item for return or exchange with proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, the item can be exchanged only for the same item.

Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or repaired.

 

After approval of our Customer Service, and once we have received the returned product with proof of purchase, refund for the eligible item, and taxes related to the product will be refunded to your credit or debit card account within 7 to 10 business days.
